I was notified by a good friend of mine that Wizard Magazine, the top informer of comic books, action figures and card collecting news and reviews (just for us geeks) was holding it’s fifth annual Direct To Video Contest.

Comic book fans would have a chance to become the next Steven Spielberg or Sam Raimi. The only rules were that it had to be under four minutes, no swearing or nudity, based on super heroes and it HAD to be funny.

The only catch that was truly established was that there was basically a little over a month before the deadline. But an opportunity to make a short film that makes fun of super heroes and not get sued for making fun of them, couldn't be passed up.
